I normally don't check much over the weekends so if you send something Friday afternoon then it might be Monday before you hear back. Or if I'm out of town or vacationing, it might be a few days. Normally, things aren't urgent so it's never been a problem and I let you know (via email) if I'll be out of the office.

Also, if it's warranted, I'll do a video as an answer back — sometimes added to the course. e.g. last week, a student asked about what I look at in Google Analytics and Search Console. So I did a full over the shoulder video and added it to the lesson in that unit.
